In addition (depending on the desired flavor): CHOCOLATE ICE: 30g cocoa powder, 160ml soy milk , 360ml soy cream, as desired: chocolate chips (first id ice cream machine admit). VANILLA ICE: 1 vanilla pod (cut up, scratch out the pith), vanilla flavor to taste, 160ml soymilk, 360ml soy cream. FROZEN-YOGHURT RASPBERRY: 120ml soy milk, 30g frozen raspberries, 25g sunflower oil, 400ml soy yoghurt.
Preparation with the ice cream maker (recommended):
1. Depending on the type of ice cream, heat all additionally required ingredients together in a pot (only with the frozen yoghurt varieties keep the soy yoghurt and not with heat). Remove the pot from the heat. Now remove vanilla pod for vanilla ice cream. Add Erdschwalbe ice-powder-vegan mixture and mix with the hand mixer for 1 min. Allow mass to cool. Then allow to cool for at least 3 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator to 6-8 degrees.
second Take well cooled ice out of the fridge. Now add the soy yoghurt to frozen yogurt varieties. Mix the ice cream with the hand mixer for 2 minutes. Immediately pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and process into ice cream.
third Store finished ice in a lockable box in the freezer. Remove ice from the freezer for 30 minutes before consumption and allow to thaw.
Preparation without ice cream maker (less creamy):
After whipping the cooled ice cream (2.) directly into the freezer. Every 30min. durchrühren.n.

Storage: Please store ice cream mix in a cool and dry place.
